2. Description of Service

GAKU is a creative talent platform that teaches Japanese to African artists and connects them with Japanese employers. The platform also allows Japanese employers to discover and hire creative talent from Africa.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your portfolio content. By posting content, you grant GAKU permission to display it on the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post illegal or harmful content
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activities

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimer

GAKU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

GAKU is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
